Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

1. Data controller

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to do so.
2. What data we process
Contact form data: full name, e-mail, optionally phone number, subject and the content of your message.
Technical data: IP address and browser header at the moment the form is submitted, solely as protection against abuse.

At public events we take photographs and video for news and promotional purposes, based on legitimate interest; you may object to a specific image on site or afterwards.
3. Legal basis and purpose
Handling a form enquiry — steps taken prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in replying.
Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent only, which is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
Necessary cookies and form protection — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
Legal obligations — accounting and tax documents are retained for the period set by law.
4. Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises.
The record of cookie consent is kept for 12 months.
After the period elapses, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Processors are our hosting and server infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (form protection via Turnstile) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, only where consent is given).
Transfers to third countries may occur within those services on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy.
You have the right to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
You have the right to erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Access to the administration is protected by a password and mandatory two-factor authentication.
Only authorised persons can access form messages, and access is logged.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address and carries the date of the last revision.
Exercising data subject rights
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at jfuchs@ci5.cz, via data box xy7viu, or by letter to our registered office. We will respond within one month of receiving the request at the latest.
